Return & Exchange Policy
At Crafted by Lexie, each item is thoughtfully made to order and often personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to work with you to make it right.
